the stuff was friendly

the pool was dirty , no kettle in room the safe box out of batteries , the water in the shower is not clean , we found the wc is not clean in check in no iron for clothes the AC make noise , the tv is not working, the restaurant is not open ( shortly the hotel is off season) so no any thing is working except the bed

you get what you paid for

The flat received had 2 big rooms with balcony to the swimming pool.

We need wifi in the room. Wifi is only in the reception. With some more customers for sure the hotel will improve the entertainment and services…

it is renovated, the pool is really nice

it is not clean.. bottles of water were left in the ailes. MOSQUITOES WERE A DISASTER… .. my husband and I cannot even count the bits we took and they have absolutelynth to deal with that.they can not serve u even a cup of coffee. the bathroom door lock was broken.

AC wasnt working in the room, tried every setting, no change, had to sleep sweating cuz was so tired.

It was quite place and good location. Property provides a shuttle bus going/coming to/from the beach. There is nothing to do at the hotel but only sleep. Even no Hot water, no kattle in the room. Nobody swims in the swimming pool, because its so durty

No Hot water to drink a Coffee or tea or to have a shower.

First of all you need to understand, this is cheap hotel, for overnight rest, maybe a couple of days. And this is perfect place for it, close to airport, quite, and CHEAP! Hotel doesn't look popular, there was not much people in it. Its pretty old, and definitely needs some renovation. But again it is cheap, and good only for a few days, it is not resort for vocation. Guy on front desk Gamal was absolutely the BEST!! First he help me with taxi driver because of course they not speaks English or any other languages. Then next day he explain me absolutely everything about Sharm El Sheikh, where to go, where not to go, where the best prices, what should we see around, and most important how much it is really cost so we can understand prices and did not overpay. Dude you are the best))

Mosquitoes, I stay at front desk about 5-7 minutes and been absolutely destroyed by mosquitoes, but again thank you Gamal, he provide me spray for mosquitoes. Room not great, but again it is most cheap hotel in airport area, and it is definitely worth that money!

The only plus of the hotel is location close to airport. However they charge taxi for 9$ that is the equal price for this hotel for 1 night. Do not stay again, even for 1 night.

The water in the pool want clean and also too warm.Catering, breakfast, was only available after requiest. Not the biggest problem but alcohol wasn't available. A bit sorry we didn't know in advance

The fried chicken with rice was good and the service friendly, albeit not always efficient. And they provided me with a room for 1.5 hours after I had booked out and went on an excursion.

Internet, for which you have to pay extra, is virtually non-existent. My room was only cleaned once int eh four days I was there. Each evening from around 19h00 they played music at such volumes around the pool that just about everybody disappeared into their rooms until the music stopped some time after 22h00. Dinner often took up to an hour to be served. Far from the beach, with effectively only 3 shuttles there and two back each day.

The room was comfy, we liked it.

The staff was too lazy, and the room service weren't friendly, and the pool was really really disgusting we couldn't go swimming.

Best thing is near the airport. There is nothing more good things. Sorry.

Pillows and rooms were dirty, restaurant was closed. So there was no breakfast and dinner and its not on info side of booking. Stuff was not helpfull and they seems always bored. They were always asking for more money for everything. There was no shuttle to the beach as they mentioned on reception. Pool was dirty. I stayed there just for transportation to airport.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room (which was very nice). When we checked into our room, the water coming out of the tap was yellow and our friends room had bed bugs. The staff were happy to change our room to our original booking. This room was much cleaner and much for comfortable.

Staff were so so when he came to resolving issues. Some rooms at the property are poorly maintained.

The location - despite of being really near the airport, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Ten minutes drive to Naama Bay

the stuff was not very helpful to organize a taxi to the airport, because I had to leave at 4 am. The known taxi driver was not available at this time. I had to call around the evening before to find my own taxi.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a large size Clean Close to airport

Hotel is a bit far from the main road, so was unable to get a local taxi and forced to wait and use the hotel limousine. Lack of towels in rooms No Wi-Fi in rooms Bathroom needs updating shower old

Very Small swimming pool need clean . The guest room need some care for maintenance,my Tv satellite receiver was not working and some of electric socket ,but I didn't ask for fix as I was overnight stay . No beach and I did not check if the have rented beach they have (u have to ask before book ) No internal telephone in the room . You have to ask for shuttle bus before book due to its far location ,I did not check it as I was havering a car . I was book 1 night and I arrived 1 am lift 1 pm (12 hours )and the hotel was almost empty but don't knew why not the reception booked us worst room in hotel and didn't upgrade (may be due to night shift unprofessional) Take care of Miskitos .
